I advise on how to find your footing in the Polish job market. Together we look at your experience, prepare a professional CV that matches Polish standards, and practise interviews. If you are planning to have your diploma recognised or to change industry, we will map out concrete steps.
Career consultations are free and confidential. They take place at Mozaika (23 Wita Stwosza St, Gdańsk) or online via Google Meet.

Nostrification confirms a foreign higher education diploma. You file the application at a university that runs the relevant field of study (the University of Gdańsk or Gdańsk University of Technology, for example), or you use the free NAWA Qualifier system.
An employment contract (umowa o pracę) gives you the full protection of the Labour Code: paid annual leave, sick pay, a notice period and fixed hours. A mandate contract (umowa zlecenie) offers more flexibility and an hourly rate, but leave and sick pay depend on additional arrangements and contributions.
