About the Project
The project "Together in Poland — Bridges of Integration for Third-Country Nationals" addresses insufficient systemic integration mechanisms available to foreigners in Poland, specifically within the Pomeranian region.
In the context of growing migration flows, the project aims to establish conditions that enable foreign nationals to adapt effectively to life in Poland, while supporting the host society in understanding and embracing cultural diversity.
The initiative is implemented in alignment with Poland's Comprehensive and Responsible Migration Strategy for 2025–2030.
Main Project Objective
Multi-dimensional support for the integration process of third-country nationals (TCNs) in Poland, at both individual and societal levels, while actively countering racism and xenophobia and fostering intercultural cooperation and open mindsets.

- supporting active civic and economic participation of foreign residents,
- providing accessible Polish language instruction,
- promoting compliance with legal and social norms,
- building genuine relationships between migrants and local neighborhood communities,
- conducting social awareness and anti-bias education among local residents,
- strengthening the intercultural competencies of front-line staff working with migrants.

3. Public Administration Staff
