I explain the intricacies of Polish residence and administrative rules in plain language. Together we check that applications to the Voivodeship Office are complete, prepare letters, and work through appeal procedures.

What we cover and how the conversation goes

A meeting with the lawyer is civic and administrative guidance. Step by step we prepare for visits to government offices and put the required annexes together.

What we can cover:

  • The residence legalisation procedure (temporary and permanent residence cards)
  • Checking forms and annexes before filing them at the Voivodeship Office
  • Residence registration for EU citizens and their families
  • Employment rights and disputes with employers
  • Making sense of official summonses and letters from institutions
